Sunday events starting after 4 PM are billed at weekday rates. Friday and Saturday carry a $3,000 minimum total, which your rental, food, bar and add-ons all count toward.

A cheaper headline is not a cheaper night.
You will find Orlando venues advertising a room for under a thousand dollars. Then the chairs are $4.50 each, the rental is five hours instead of six, and the decor package you actually wanted caps at seventy-five guests.
Run the arithmetic on a hundred guests and the gap closes fast. We would rather publish the honest number once than surprise you at contract.

Booking terms
How holding a date works.
- Retainer
- $500 holds your date and comes off your balance. It is not refundable, because holding a Saturday means turning away everyone else who wanted it.
- Payment schedule
- Half the balance 60 days before, the rest 21 days before. Payment plans available on request.
- Damage deposit
- $300 refundable, returned within seven business days.
- Weekend minimum
- Friday and Saturday carry a $3,000 minimum total. Rental, food, bar and add-ons all count toward it. No minimum Monday to Thursday.
- Cancellation
- More than 72 hours out, everything except the retainer is returned. Inside 72 hours, payments are held as credit toward a new date within twelve months.
- Extra guests
- Add guests at a set price rather than jumping a tier. Food $45, bar $20, premium place setting $10.
